about

Someone who listens for what sits beneath.

For nearly fifteen years, I has sat with individuals, couples, and families through some of the hardest passages of a life. A medical graduate, I turned toward psychotherapy for the depth of relationship it makes possible, and later completed a Master of Pastoral Studies in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy.

I am now training as a psychoanalytic candidate at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis.
My commitment is a simple one: to offer a relationship grounded in trust, acceptance, and the absence of judgement, so that healing and self-understanding have the room they need to happen.

the approach

Holistic in reach, and analytic in depth.

Sessions attend to the whole of a person, mind, body, and spirit together. Beneath that, the work is psychoanalytic: a client listening for the feelings, memories, and patterns that shape a life from underneath, often long before we have words for them.

It is unhurried, relational work. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is reduced to a symptom to be managed. Over time, understanding takes the place of reaction, and what once felt fixed begins to soften.

At the centre of your being, you have the answer; you know who you are and you know what you want.
